Delivery terms are approximate since the moment you order your purchase. We always try to deliver it in 48 hours since we recieve your purchase. Please note these delivery terms could be higher during high-demand period so we can not take responsibility for potential delay caused by the delivery company. If for some exceptional case your order is delayed, we will notificate it via email or phone.
Pick-up in our offices
This service is for free. You can pick-up your order in our offices in Potosí 1, 08030 Barcelona, from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. You can come on the same day or on the following day you order the product. We will contact you via email to arrange it.
We send all orders on the same day you buy them.Please note that purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
At the moment we process your order, you will recieve a confirmation email.Once your purchase leaves the store you will recieve another email so you can know the delivery status.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your original order and they will be only accepted with their original packaging.
Please, send an email to email@example.com and we will inform about how to proceed with your return or exchange.
The return delivery expenses must be paid by the client except if the product has a manufacturing defect.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
Internationals taxes and customs duties are not refunded.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.
If you discover a fault, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please, keep all the documentation required to proceed with the complaint.
If the package is damaged and the Courier cannot stay until you open it, please, sign the proof of delivery as “Damaged Package”.

The ítems that have been returned damaged, incomplete, worn, dirty or late when the reason is due to the customer own fault, they will not be refunded and we will make available them to the client to pick them up within 60 working days. After thi time is to be understood the customer renounces the ítems, without being able to demand any responsibility.

If you think upon delivery that the ítem delivered does not fit which is indicated by contract, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us about the product details as well as its defect. We will proceed to examine the returned ítem and we will inform you by email whether or not we will refund or we will change the product (if proceed). The refund or change will be done within 30 following days. Any charge paid for those faulty products will be completely refunded, including the delivery costs.
